Thank you so much for reaching out about a specialty cake! Each order is hand-crafted and designed with your vision in mind. Creating a cake to help make your celebrations just a bit sweeter brings me such joy!

What to Expect

After submitting this form, you will receive an email confirming your request was received. Please keep in mind that submitting a form does not guarantee I'll be able to accommodate your request. I will review your inquiry and reach out within 3 business days to let you know if I am available to make your order for your preferred date.

Pickup Information

All pick-ups will be in Nicholasville, KY on the Friday evening before your event. If your event is during the week, pick up will be the day before your event. There will be an option to pick up in Lexington at different times throughout the year. We will coordinate the time for pick up closer to your event date. This does not include weddings. If you would like delivery, there will be an additional fee.

    • Not all orders are guaranteed – once I review your request, I will send you an email or text with my acceptance or decline of the order. I will specify why I cannot accept your order. If it’s an availability issue, I can provide recommendations for other local bakers that may have availability. 

    • Deposit is due to ensure your order is on the calendar – a 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the invoice will be cancelled, and your order will be removed from the calendar. I cannot guarantee I can add you back on the calendar if I become booked. Final payment will be due 2 weeks before your pickup date. This includes wedding requests.

    • Cake base pricing includes simple topper and decorations, pricing may increase due to special designs such as fondant, custom toppers and flowers. 

    • If your event is on the weekend, your pickup date will be the Friday evening before. If your event is during the week, your pickup date will be the day before. I will reach out to confirm pick up details. Pickups will be in Nicholasville, with possible Lexington options throughout the year. Subject to change and does not include weddings.

    • All orders are pickups. If you need your order delivered, there will be a small fee. These fees will vary depending on the event and location. For a wedding a delivery fee will be added onto your invoice.

    • Miracle Fee – Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 14 days there will be a miracle fee of $25.00, under 7 days the miracle fee will be $50.00 

    • Inspiration. Thank you for attaching your inspirational pictures. They are just that – inspiring! But your baked treats may not be perfect replicas – I will strive to keep the design as close as possible. I will be upfront with you if I feel that I am unable to replicate the design you are requesting.

    • Order Minimums. Depending on what you order, there will be a required minimum. Such as for custom decorated cookies, there is a minimum of 1-dozen. Need fewer? Be on the lookout for my pop-up shops and/or vendor/farmer’s markets announced on my social media and website. Or perhaps I will hold a flash sale! I also do not provide discounts on bulk orders.
